Bridget Wanyaga Thara is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with a proven track record in designing and delivering results-oriented training solutions. As Founder and Lead Trainer at ASCEND, she brings over five years of experience supporting organisations to enhance leadership effectiveness, team performance, and workplace culture.
Bridget is recognised for her strategic approach to learning, combining behavioural science, emotional intelligence, and practical tools to deliver high-impact interventions. Her facilitation style is structured, insightful, and focused on equipping teams and leaders with actionable frameworks that drive measurable change.
In addition to her role at ASCEND, Bridget serves as Country Lead for EPR Global — Kenya Chapter and is an active member of Toastmasters International, where she continues to refine her leadership and communication capabilities.
