As the Founder and Lead Trainer at ASCEND Training & Development, she brings over half a decade of experience supporting organisations to enhance leadership effectiveness, team performance, and workplace culture.

Bridget is recognised for her strategic approach to learning, combining behavioural science, emotional intelligence, and practical tools to deliver high-impact interventions. Her facilitation style is structured, insightful, and deeply human — focused on equipping teams and leaders with actionable frameworks that drive measurable, lasting change.

In addition to her role at ASCEND, Bridget serves as Country Lead for EPR Global — Kenya Chapter and is an active member of Toastmasters International, where she continues to refine her leadership and communication capabilities.
